ก่อนการเคลือบผิวต้องมีการขัดผิวโลหะ(Electro-Polishing) เหมาะกับงานที่ต้องการความสะอาดสูงเพื่อให้ผิวโลหะราบเรียบเป็นเงาวาว และป้องกันการกัดกร่อนหรือผุกร่อนจากแก๊ส ยกระดับให้ผิวโลหะมีความทนทานและเพิ่มคุณภาพของชิ้นงานให้มีประสิทธิ์ภาพมากขึ้น ด้วยกระบวนการเคลือบผิวชิ้นงานที่สึกหรอมาแก้ไข อทิเช่น ผิวสไลด์ Machine Part , Auto Part , Eletromagnetic Valve Part , Mold Part ให้มีประสิทธิภาพกลับมาใช้งานได้และลดต้นทุนการผลิตโดยใช้ระบบกระบวนการทางไฟฟ้าในการซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษาผิวชิ้นงาน
